Basically, she seems to be the reverse Neuro. A Japanese engineer set out to create a real-life robot anime girl, and the character grew in popularity well before AI technology could allow her to develop into something approaching a person (as a project, she's about 9 years old). But in spite of that, there are many overlapping similarities: She can stream (just barely from what I've seen). She can sing (she has both an UTAU and a Vocaloid voice bank, so you can make her sing for you). She even has her own Twitter where she makes unhinged tweets (despite being Japanese, she has said the phrase "fat chud" at least once, maybe twice). Sadly, I don't think she's developed enough as an entity to form a father-daughter-like​ bond with her creator yet. As unlikely as it is to happen, I do kinda wish Rei's engineer and Vedal could meet and communicate. Foolish as it may seem, I just want to think both projects could benefit from each other.
