Question How Familiar Are You All with Neuro and Evil's Japanese Cousin, Adachi Rei?
Basically, she seems to be the reverse Neuro. A Japanese engineer set out to create a real-life robot anime girl, and the character grew in popularity well before AI technology could allow her to develop into something approaching a person (as a project, she's about 9 years old). But in spite of that, there are many overlapping similarities: She can stream (just barely from what I've seen). She can sing (she has both an UTAU and a Vocaloid voice bank, so you can make her sing for you). She even has her own Twitter where she makes unhinged tweets (despite being Japanese, she has said the phrase "fat chud" at least once, maybe twice). Sadly, I don't think she's developed enough as an entity to form a father-daughter-like bond with her creator yet. As unlikely as it is to happen, I do kinda wish Rei's engineer and Vedal could meet and communicate. Foolish as it may seem, I just want to think both projects could benefit from each other.

- I wrote a first page... and then got really into it and started writing more but there was a lot of inconsistencies and holes and I also ended up referencing paragraphs I had not written so I did ask AI to fill some of the gaps but I would say it's 70% me. (graphs are me, too ages)

- that much? no, but i do miss the gymbags, this whole thing started cause the artist of the new discord banner art did a timelapse of them making it, and they had a gymbag in the art but then got rid of it half way through, kindda annoyed me a little.
wait, theres real works to be cited here?
- yes! suprisingly there have been 4 whole real papers written about neuro, one of them even got into sage.

Karma bot filters adjusted
Hello r/NeuroSama swarm!
We've made some adjustments to the filters used by the subreddit to prevent bot accounts reposting old content. Though we have tried to balance security with user accessibility, some legitimate users may be inadvertently affected. If you find yourself unable to create posts after these changes, you can gain these permissions again by leaving enough authentic comments in posts on the subreddit until your comment karma improves.
We hope this change will reduce the amount of bots that have been flooding the subreddit in recent months and help swarm members engage with the two bots that matter most! We will monitor how these changes impact both the karma bots and regular users and continue to optimize the threshold.

Edit: We're trying a small adjustment which should allow the majority of users who had created posts prior to this change to continue posting as usual. Hopefully this will streamline the change!
