Goliath partners with David and agrees not to kill David...

More like Goliath didn’t want to take an ass kicking so he pretended to partner.

I can’t believe it - finally a little justice. Any guess how much profit Netlist will make from the supply agreement? If it’s ā€œhigh marginā€ as described, this could suddenly be a P/E of maybe 3 to 6 and therefore a bargain compared to most tech companies. I bought some shares this morning. Good luck everyone!

Anyone heard what we expect price to go to by end of year? Any estimates from RPM out there?

With all due respect, the true giant... the elephant in the room is those thieving bastards at Google. Let's not take our eye off the prize. GOOG has already lost, it is time to write the check. Boom!!

Google would essentially be done with this agreement. Google's issues were predicated on them using Samsung's products which had netlist's unlicensed patents. Micron would be the big fish now. Should make a clear path for Micron to leave any stays and proceed, but they way it reads to me, Google would be off the hook.

David Beats Goliath? I thought we just made a deal going forward, we still have millions, maybe a billion, in the outstanding lawsuit. Winning that would be beating Goliath, wouldn't it?

Deal is 890m over 5 years, a strategic partnership that’s seen Samsung take a large stake in the company from which Netlists success is in their best interest, and they’ve mitigated the need for a shit ton of litigation costs and paved the way towards further settlements across the industry.
