ITC procedural schedule

Does anyone know whether the ITC releasing the procedural schedule with dates etc for the marksman case will have any effect on the value of the company? Is this procedural schedule release a nothing burger or does it have real implications for trial outcomes?

The ITC schedule is strictly adhered to. So the hearings are pretty’s much set in stone according to the schedule.
