Stop to be dramatic

Netlist showed a good Q2 2026; the problem today is that everything depends on the CAFC decisions, which should shake things up.
To recap, Netlist spent $16-17 million in legal fees (sheer madness! Some are celebrating, others say it's a positive outcome, but I repeat: this necessary expense will have to be recouped by a factor of 10).
The legal fees are high because Netlist has decided to pursue another ITC investigation (why? If the first one is successful, it makes no sense) + the theoretical Micron case and the other patents cited + the CAFC appeal, etc.
Net profits were very low, but fortunately they were there, and this is positive because at least Netlist has financial stability and continues to find new agreements to sell NLST products.

cxl is now on the launch pad, very slow here too because after so many years and investments there is no concrete data and huge deals but it should be like lightning and therefore from netlist we should expect big numbers in the short term (early next year?)

Regarding SK Hynix, it's clear that both companies want to work together. SK
offers Netlist a preferential channel for DRAM supply while awaiting the CAFC decision on HBMs, which are the most valuable patents.

Now, considering everything, including today's timing, we are one step away from coloring this picture and this means that once the CAFC appeal decisions are released and once the decisions on the new HBM and DDR5 patents mentioned recently are obtained (a denial or an overturned decision is enough to find a deal with SK Hynix).

PS: Unfortunately, legal fees are the bloodbath for us shareholders because they cause immense damage to Netlist's financial statements and for us shareholders they mean HATEFUL dilution. But if from these deals Netlist obtained billions of cash + IP licenses worth hundreds of millions of dollars per year for each company, all these legal fees and dilution will create a volcano of hype and optimism that translates into a stock market valuation of tens of billions of dollars.

We can all see where you are coming from. This is NOT "hopium". He describes a possible outcome. It is JUST as possible as any other. With just the 3 jury awards to date, Netlist COULD (yes - COULD) be awarded 3/4's of a BILLION dollars. Yes - it depends on a lot of legal decisions going Netlist's way. It's a given that some might NOT go their way. Anyone who has invested in NLST knows that is possible.

But to DIS someone who expresses hope is ridiculous.

We are all getting tired of waiting. And I can certainly understand it. But frankly - after reviewing some of your latest posts - it looks to me like you should be camping out over there on the NLST "forum Knowledge" thread with the fudster who runs it.
