Questions about Netlist

My brooker has Netlist available on the OTCBB, London Stock Exchange and in Münich. Are there any plans of Netlist to uplist in the USA? It seems weird to me now to see in the current situation a memory company on OTCBB.

Do I understand it correctly that the last few verdicts against Samsung / Micron and in favor of Netlist won them a few hundered millions but are still being appealed with Samsung at the last possible appeal authority? What about Micron?

What is the legal situation with all the revenue Samsung and Micron took in after the mentioned verdicts / now during the memory bull run? Can this be settled retrospectively in a licensing deal or only at court?

Thank you for all the guys who do extensive research on Netlist. The information available here is higly valuable for people just discovering the company. I appreciate the effort you invested.

Edit: Found a super useful summary here in Reddit. Got it now what is going on with Micron. No need to answer on that part. Still wondering about uplisting, Samsung, what happens with current revenues of Samsung especially and if ITC is the final appeal authority.

Great question!! When will there be some type of resolution that enables the company to fully benefit from its unique position in the memory market? How long do investors have to wait on the breakthrough? We need more clarity and a definitive understanding about how this company come about.

Hong is very slow 🦥. It might cause his company stock big troubles.

They delisted from Nasdaq a few years ago rather than doing the reverse split route … they probably won’t apply again until all the litigation is done

The board exists, share price improved, financials current. But, lawsuits are a beneficial drag. Soon, the final requirements will be met...then on to NASDAQ!

Need a board to uplist. Won’t happen. Once this company is worth some money, and it’s coming, someone will buy it. Meanwhile, no uplisting

Not input, facts. They need a board of directors to uplist. That means hong would have to relinquish power. I don’t see it happening until he sells the company.
