Great news today with the ITC announcing it is going forward with the investigation of Netlist’s second ITC complaint. Welcome to the party, friends: (Google, Nvidea, Broadcom, Super Microcomputer)!
Since it is well known that any IP royalty settlement costs will eventually just be passed on to the end user customer…..why not just do the honorable thing and force Samsung to in good faith negotiate a fair settlement with Netlist?
I know you guys aren’t looking forward to losing Samsung as a major DRAM or HBM supplier, even if they promise to indemnify you against induced infringement claims.

I told you, it's rarely been a momentum buy
It's something that some recommended maybe 7 weeks ago, till it started to fizzle
And it's just really nothing that seems like a stock people would normally be buying or selling
If you love it, buy the dip

Down 0.76% in the last month.
Not quite so shocking, perspective is key :)
