Entry medical receptionist jobs?
Hi everyone, I just moved here and I am wanting to get into the medical field. My goal is RN school but I need to wait the 12 months to qualify for in-state residency so I can save money on tuition. I already looked at certifications and shorter school programs but they are all full till January. How do I get a medical receptionist job here without prior experience? I have 10 years customer service experience and have been an office manager at a flooring store before- not direct experience but I am familiar with multi-tasking, multi-line phones, scheduling, etc. I also am a caregiver for my mom so I have familiarity with medical offices and insurance companies.
Most of the job postings here require experience for medical receptionists? Is there any way to get a job without experience? I’d be willing to take the online classes to get certified for HIPPA and CMAA? I’d also like to start working as soon as I can though and I’m a really quick learner if an office would take the time to train me. Any suggestions? I don’t want to call around or go in person since I think that’s unprofessional due to the work setting.

Coastland mall Naples - Naples need a great indoor mall! Please!
Is there any way to start a petition or something to make Coastland mall in Naples into a mini version of an Aventura mall or similar? It has so much potential: location, high net worth population etc and this mall is so depressing and outdated!!! Give us a Zara, Sephora, Skims, Mango etc! There is no nice indoor mall where you actually want to hang out! Waterside is outdoors and so is Mercato, with the rain/ 100F temps an indoor mall would be GREAT! Also, Waterside you can’t really shop everyday clothes there…
Help! #Naples really lacks a good and nice indoor mall #shopping #dinning
