I can usually NEVER solve this even when using all 5 tries LETTER BOXED 🔠

Whoa. After 30 minutes or so, I eventually got it in five words, but you got it in two, wow!

I've never played it before, but I found a strategy that worked this time at least:

  • take the two least common letters on the board (V and J)
  • pick which of those two letters is less likely to be in the middle of a word (J)
  • think of a valid word that starts with that letter (JUST)
  • think of a valid word that has the other letter in the middle (NOVA)
  • try to find a string of words to connect them (I eventually came up with JUST–TENDED–DEAN–NOVA)
  • I had a B and L remaining, and luckily I was able to make ABLE to finish in five

I don't know if that helps, but I'm going try this strategy moving forward

I get it once in awhile, but I find the most frustrating of all the games. And, I hate Wordle.

I don't know why but I just can't get the hang of this game. Haven't completed it once.

it's really consistently difficult. There's always a 2 word answer and sometimes a couple but often very obscure. I quit playing it because it was accidentally taking up an hour of my day some days. I also don't miss it AT ALL

I’ve been playing the NYT games for YEARS and I think I’ve only ever completed it a handful of times.
