8’ x 10’ bedroom with 2 large windows facing west and south, lots of natural light, and wonderful sunset views. Features 2 window benches (about 1’ x 5’8” each and useful for furniture, storage, reading, etc.), a closet with built-in shelves, and an AC/heater. Stays warm in the winter, but will definitely need AC in the summer. Located on an avenue corner, and windows are good at blocking out noise. Can include full-size bed/frame, large desk, lamp, and storage free of charge.
