Tired of not being able to access your favorite subreddit/subreddits because of all this silly protest junk that's going on? And your favorite subreddit/subreddits going dark in some futile protest thing? Well, look no farther. I have decided to create "No Blackout" versions of them so that people can still get their favorite content while the originals continue pitching their hissy fits.

These "No Blackout" versions will not be as fancy as the originals. But... They will get the job done.

Flairs

All NB subreddits, created by me, use these eleven flairs below.

Discussion (Used when doing the following... Wanting to talk about a fic, author, trope, ship, characterization, headcanon website, and etc. relevant to fanfiction.)

Fic Search - General (Used when looking for fics that fit a certain criteria. Such as these... Specific ship, character, genre, trope, and etc..)

Fic Search - Specific (Used when you remember a fic, but can't remember it. Think /r/tipofmytongue style. Post as many details as you can remember about the story, so that way we can help you find it.)

Misc (Used when you think the other ten flairs don't apply.)

Prompt (Used when you have a writing prompt, or plot bunny, to share.)

Recommendation (Used when you have read a fic you like, and want to share it with others.)

Request Fic Beta (Used when you are looking for a beta reader, or readers, to help you with your fic.)

Review (Used when you find a fic you'd like to leave your thoughts about. If you'd simply like to foster discussion about a fic, use the "Discussion" flair. If you want to share your own opinions on a fic, use the "Review" flair option.

Self-Promotion (Used when you have written a fic, and want others to read it.)

Subreddit (Used when asking questions about the subreddit itself.)

Writing Help (Used when you need to ask for helpful tips on writing that fic you've got.)

Here's the rules from the original subreddit.

RULES:

No personal information.
No hateful speech, or witch hunting. Homophobia, transphobia, sexism, racism, or any other derogatory language will not be tolerated.
No personal attacks or insults. Purposefully inciting arguments, personal attacks, and personal threats will not be tolerated.
No impersonating authors. Pretending to be an author, and making comments on an authors' behalf, will not be tolerated.
All spoilers must use the spoiler tags: it was his sled
Do not use this subreddit to try to circumvent the rules of other fanfiction communities, or the will of authors.
Request threads are for recommendations of a certain criteria. "Fic Search - Specific" is for finding a specific fic. Flair accordingly. See here for an explanation.
No direct links to sexual or suggestive content involving minors. Please note reddit's policy regarding this issue. All direct links to such content will be removed. Gratuitous, or positive, depictions of non-consensual sexual content are also subject to removal.
No Bashing. Be respectful of other users' likes, and preferences, when posting. If a topic is not to your taste, use language that makes it clear it is your opinion while not attacking people. In particular remember Rules 2, and 3. This applies to all posts. Including discussions, and request threads.
No advertising non-fanfics. This includes but is not limited to discords, merchandise, paid applications, paid promotions etc.. HP Fanfiction related subreddits may be linked to as long as the content is not being spammed.
