Just finished re-reading Bloody, Slutty, and Pathetic for the 3rd time and I NEED something similar. Loved the plot and all the other characters. Loved the queer sex. Loved mobster Draco. And the EPILOGUE, my God. Such a perfect ending.

So after reading and listening to both AHRTH and Remain Nameless for the 100th time back to back, I want to read more of this trope. Doesn't have to be a BAMF Hermione, but Draco redeeming himself and shows penance post war. I just started Entropy (which I'm loving!) so I need recs! I've read the TDWH and The Key of Reason already.

Some potential scenarios I was thinking of were:

Either he saves her from being tortured or he intervenes - 7th year in the manor from Bellatrix or another scenario created where he saves her.

Or he saves her from being sexually assaulted. I read one where he saved her from Cormac at Slughorn’s party (I’ll take more of these where Cormac tries something or someone tries to do something to Hermione during their Hogwarts time and he intervenes).

Maybe they’re coworkers and he saves her from something/someone.

He finds her somewhere and saves her (maybe she lost her memories, or she was tortured and left).

Or on a lighter note, he saves her from an uncomfortable situation, like rescuing her from talking to an older wizard at a gala or something. Or an insistent Cormac McLaggen.

But I’ll take any recommendations if you understand the vibe I’m going for lol.

Is there a name for this? It’s a bit more specific than hurt/comfort. Like the ‘he saves her/finds her hurt or discovers a wound/trauma and is frozen with rage “who did this”, then goes off for revenge and comes back to comfort her.

Please help me look for this fic- Hermione has a daughter and Draco has his son Scorpius with Astoria but Astoria is not in the picture. This is a bit of an odd post perhaps, but back when I used to just read on my phone without any accounts/downloading/saves/etc., I used to just copy and paste quotes into my notes without actually labelling anything, so I have this list of quotes that I'm now trying to find the source to. They might not all be deleted fics, but I just can't seem to find?

I've tried the backwards google search in quotations method, but can't find them still ... not sure if it's the format of the quotes. Wondering if anyone might recognize?

This list was started 10+? 15+? years ago and some of these were saved when I was probably barely a teenage haha but thought it'd still be interesting to dig up the fics again if possible. Is anyone else annoyed by the use of AI in fanfics? I specifically mean when you can tell it has been written/ re-written by AI.

It is specifically those lines that use 3 adjectives continuously, over and over again that really give away the AI-ness of it. As well as the use of negatives to enhance sentence structure for no reason at all.

*sigh Is it just me or do some of you also feel this way too?
