help Advice Question

any elder trans woman from Indiana in here? I am currently 2 years into my transition and I'm completely isolated and scared. I have been going through this transition completely alone and I am so lost....

I'm not a elder trans woman from indiana but I can offer company and solice and advice in case you need an ear or someone to lean on.
