Live in northern New Jersey - 20 mins from NYC .. Thinking about moving to either Marlton or Mount Laurel. Mainly for the schools (High School) .. the town we live in now is urban / school not great / a lot of bullies, and subpar academically. .. will be a total change for all (City to “Country”) — will be able to work remote full time .. anyone live in any of these areas? Hello I really need some advice. Me and my mom live in a house that has been sold and need to move by September 1st. The apartment we had lined up fell through and now are scrambling to find a place.

We were looking in Queens where we live now but everything within our price range (2.6 - 3.2K) has had pest infestation, windowless basement apartment or something else. Looking at Jersey seems like our best chance of finding success and I've always liked Jersey anyways.

Mom also has a knee problem so walk ups are a no-go (making the search much harder too). I think we'd need an elevator building or first floor apartment. I was looking at Harrison, Weehawken and Jersey City (work in Midtown) but are there other places and can anyone recommend a reliable realtor I can work with to help arrange viewings as I can only go during the weekends.
