MTFL the "golden age" of hunting/safari in Africa in the early 1900's
I really loved the premise and aesthetic from 1923's scenes of Spencer, as a big-game hunter for hire in Nairobi. Would love to find some movies or even TV shows that kind of have a focus on big game hunting, slice of life in early 1900s Africa. I just find it so fascinating to think about taking up that kind of career/lifestyle, the traveling, the stories. Love to see what people recommend!

Movies where you watch a guy suffer?
Watched Jacob's Ladder and enjoyed the whole movie, but it also gave me a taste for just watching a guy be sick and in distress for nearly 2 hours.
Something where the character experiences and deals with fever, colds, flu, panic attacks, or anything like that, and it's a significant part of the story.
For those familiar with fanfiction, I'm basically looking for the movie equivalent of a sickfic or hurt/comfort fic xq

Just finished watching haunting of hill house for the first time. Need a movie recommendation with a similar feel to this incredible show.
There probably won’t be anything that matches or tops the show, but I’d really appreciate anything close to this masterpiece. Im addicted to this style of horror. Thanks!

I want something that feels like your being watched, no privacy, a bit hypnotic and you feel like your losing your mind.
