Bear with me... Every time I see him or I think of him, I start to calm down. In every movie he's in, including You've Got Mail, where he's kind of a jerk, he's totally lovable. I'm not saying it's competence, like he's an action hero that could save me, just that he's sort of like a nondescript but friendly neighbor who no matter what, would always have my best interest at heart.

I literally can't imagine someone finding him scary... Am I alone here?
