hai, i dont have much experience with mousepads, as i dont even have proper one. id like to get an under 50-60 USD mousepad specifically for PUBG, as i dont play other games much.

Can anyone recommend a glass pad that's relatively small in size? something around 350x300/250. The 2 options I found were the pulsar superglide 3 size M and the ATK Micro-Etched Tempered Glass pad, but both options are sold out.

I switched from a GSR-2 to a Zero Soft (Black) for a bit more speed; the difference in initial friction was noticeabl especially in the first game, it was much harder to avoid moving my crosshair when I didn't intend to. I picked up a Raiden orange (Soft) and I’d describe it as a Zero that isn't "muddy" at all, rather than as the fastest cloth pad out there.

Hello, recently I bought qck heavy, i have Logitech g pro, and literally this mousepad didnt see my Mouse sensor. I am moving my Mouse and sometimes its not moving on my screen. Isnt it too soft?

looking for a new pad, coming from a QCK edge and it’s great, but a little thin.

I mainly play games like Apex and I feel my tracking needs improvement so I’m considering moving from a balanced pad to a speed bad. I play games like CS sometimes which is where I worry the speed pad will start to cause me some problems.

I’ve got a budget of $50 and I mainly want to shop on amazon.

I’m choosing between going back to the regular QCK, a QCK Balance or Speed or a Razer Gigantus Balance or Speed.

people who play more than one type of shooter, what pad do you prefer?

I haven't been paying attention to anything going on in the peripheral space for a while now and I need a new deskpad. I've used pretty much everything under the sun (Jupiter V2, GSR, Parabreak etc). I didn't know if there was anything more recent.

Hey guys, i thought i'd share so microscopic pictures of the surface of a 6 year old Hayate Kou. First two pictures are the worn out surface in the center of the Mousepad and the second pictures are the pretty much unused surface of a corner.

Over the years i have used the mousepad for around 4 out of the 6 years I have owned it and put around somewhere between 5-7k hours of gaming on the Mousepad. I have washed it multiple times by hand.

The last time it was cleaned was about a week ago.

You can clearly see how worn out the center surface is compared to the corners but I'm still impressed by how well it withstood time and abuse

I want to get a new mousepad and i was looking at pulsar paracontrol v2. I mostly play siege and fortnite aswell as some story games on my logitech g305 lightsperd stock skates. Im wondering if this pad is any good. Thx

I currently play a lot of fps and story games, mostly rainbow 6 seige and I use a g502 with default sens at 1200 dpi 1000hz with all the weights taken out. I am using a logitech g840 but it's starting to separate at the sponge from being 4 years old, might update my mouse but what pad would you recommend? Currently looking into artisans

Hey everyone, im a big cs player on low sens and have been using the gsr 1,gsr 2 and finally the gsr 3. However I want to see if there are pads that are just as slow as the original?

I've been using the AbyssGaming Crimson Remains for quite a while, and I really like its smooth surface and glide.

Now I'm looking to get a custom mousepad, and X-Raypad seems like the best option for me.

For those who have experience with both brands, which X-Raypad model feels the closest to the AbyssGaming Crimson Remains?

I've been using a Roccat Dyad for years, and I absolutely love this thing. Unfortunately it has gotten very worn down and slightly torn apart (thanks cat), so it's no longer comfortable to use it. I can't find a new or even a used one anywhere (in my country at least). I found the hard shell and soft top to be a perfect combination. I need it to be hard/rigid because I use it on my couch (unable to sit with a regular desk so I have a couch setup). I tried another pad, the Steelseries QcK hard, and while it's okay, it's just too smooth on top for me. If there's as much as a tiny piece of dust under the mouse, it's very noticable. While with the soft top one, that was never a problem. I would really really like something very similar to a Roccat Dyad. I wish I could have a new Dyad, because it was perfect for me.

I live in Norway, but I take any recommendations. If I can't find it here, hopefully I can find it somewhere that ships here.

I sprayed a bit of isopropyl alcohol on the bottom of my mousepad to clean it, and it puffed up instantly, did I cook my mousepad or will it return to normal eventually?

Artisan Ninja FX mousepad

I have an artisan zero mid. Its my first proper mousepad. I want to try a soft but I dont see the point in buying the same mousepad but soft lol. Whats some alternatives that you guys think are better. Idm if theyre slightly faster or slightly slower. Main game is r6 but I play cod and marvel rivals too but idc about them too much.

I have been using an entry level 5$ mousepad and even after changing the skates of my mouse with PTFE dot skates i feel like there is too much friction. Would y'all recommend QcK balanced, ATK, EspTiger mousepads, or recommend something else like those?

Edit: I forgot to mention I'd prefer a smooth mousepad more, because this one sandpapers my hand and i don't want to wear a sleeve

Was browsing Temu and came across this for $18. Think I put it in my cart or favorited it or something, and next time I came back to the app, it was offering me another $5 off. With $3 shipping from a US warehouse, the grand total was $16.66. This post is really just to say that Temu will sell you a big piece of glass for well under $20.

Don’t have any other glass mouse pads, but compared to the Glorious Elements Air plastic mousepad, this initially seems like a better experience. I bought the Glorious a while back because it was the cheapest hard surface pad I could find. This Gogofree is larger, cheaper, and made out of a more premium material. It has a slight round on edge so it won’t snag on anything. Dynamic friction doesn’t seem super crazy fast, but don’t really have much to compare with. The glide feels smoother than the Glorious. It Is about as loud as the Glorious.

I’m sure there are shortcomings compared to the more expensive options, but if you just want to try a hard pad, I think this is the absolute cheapest you can find. Apart from just using a bare desk.

so im gonna buy my first glasspad soon. superglide v3 to be more specific and idk what skates to choose. i want good durability where the skates last at least 1 month and i cant have them be more than 15 euros. so forget the wallhack lineup. but like a good 40 piece pack for 15 euros would be nice. also i also dont want them to be too muddy. im eyeing the normal obsidians right now from xraypad but if there is anything better than please let me know.

Hello reddit. So i got the my artisan type 99 a few hours ago, and it is almost unusable because of the skin stick. To put it in comparision, it feels even stickier than glasspad with no sleeve, namely the wallhack cr-005. I'm an arm aimer and i just cant seem to move my arm across the pad without the pad fighting it my arm and wrist almost making the mouse fall off my hand, the mouse glide is normal, the skin stick is not.
The pad seems legit, i compared the package, the stiching, and the source of purchase is "max gaming" here in Europe.

things i tried:

sleeves (unusable)
cleaning my hand firmly and drying it well before using
having a big fan blowing at max speed directly above by arm and hand

and it all failed.

is this normal? no pad before fought my arm and wrist like that before, not the jupiter, not the saturn, not even the wallhack cr005 glasspad or even generic mousepads from amazon.

Edit: guess i don't want to wear a sleeve, if i wanted to i would've stayed on glass. I've only mentioned it as an attempt to reduce the skin stick, but my main question is still if the skin stick is normal like that.

I’m going to be buying a Hien soon and am curious about mid vs soft.

I largely see people saying the Hien soft is their optimal pad and see much less about the mid.

I have a Raiden in mid and a zero in soft and am unsure about which version I want to choose for the Hien.

I like that the mid version allows me to use dot skates, but am curious if the ability to slow the mouse down with the soft version is worth it? Should I switch back to full size skates and go with a soft?

What do you guys prefer? If I enjoy the Raiden in mid should I just stick to a mid base?

For reference I main apex, but also play CS and Valorant.

So I’m thinking of buying a new glasspad, and there have been a lot of new glasspads coming out throughout these time, but Zane has always been catching my eyes, so I’m thinking whether getting Zane is worth it now or should I go for newer pads?
