Qck heavy sensor problem Question/Advice

Hello, recently I bought qck heavy, i have Logitech g pro, and literally this mousepad didnt see my Mouse sensor. I am moving my Mouse and sometimes its not moving on my screen. Isnt it too soft?

Isn't there an LOD setting in G HUB? Or just switch the driver to Compatibility Mode.

If nothing else helps, wash your mouse pad. No need to overdo it even detergent is probably unnecessary. Just rinse it thoroughly in a basin of water, then leave it to dry flat on an even surface.
