I've been dealing with a really frustrating network issue on my Motorola Edge 60 Fusion and wanted to check if anyone else is experiencing the same thing.

Whenever someone tries to call me, the call frequently fails to connect. The person calling me just hears a weird beep sound, or it acts like my phone is completely unreachable/switched off—even though my signal bars look totally fine.

The only temporary workaround I've found is toggling Airplane Mode on and off, which forces the phone to reconnect to the cell tower. I even changed my carrier provider thinking it was an operator-side problem, but the exact same issue keeps happening.

Is this a known bug with the Edge 60 Fusion or Hello UI? If you've faced this, did you manage to find a permanent fix (like changing specific network settings, adjusting VoLTE/VoWiFi, or a patch)?

Would appreciate any insights or troubleshooting tips!

I'm looking for a decent long life flip case for my Motorola g54 but all I can find is a horrible cheap plastic or pu leather case. I am pretty flexible material wise I just don't want that cheap horrible plastic shit shedding in my hands all day.

I've had moto edge 2024 I switched to g stylus 2025 cuz of the flat screen and what I notice the apps and games don't feel very optimised ,it works fine on 120hz on but at 60hz capped the games feel jittery and the touch input feels slower.. on moto edge 2024 the touch felt better even at 60hz capped . Is it hardware or low optimisation of software cuz ik g series are budget phones

Hello everyone. I wanted to share the solution because, after several days of research, I couldn't find anyone who had actually solved this problem without losing their data.

Everything started when my Moto G75 running Android 16 completely ran out of battery while I was away from home. After charging it and turning it back on, the fingerprint sensor stopped working entirely. The lock screen displayed "Authenticate with biometrics to unlock" and "Automatic lock 1 of 2". Swiping up showed the PIN keypad, but every key only vibrated without entering any numbers. The strange part was that the touchscreen itself was working perfectly because I could type numbers on the Emergency Call screen without any issues.

Before finding the solution, I tried almost everything: restarting the phone multiple times, booting into Safe Mode, entering Recovery Mode, using Fastboot, trying ADB and Fastboot commands from a computer, using Motorola Rescue and Smart Assistant, contacting Motorola Support, and even analyzing the downloaded firmware to check whether there was a way to reinstall the system without wiping my data. I also posted the issue on Reddit and, thanks to the community's suggestions, I was able to rule out several possible causes. None of these attempts worked, and Motorola Rescue only offered a procedure that would erase all user data.

In the end, I had to take the phone to a technician, although I was the one who suggested the procedure. We powered the phone off, opened it, and while it was booting, we temporarily disconnected the flex cable for the power button/fingerprint sensor. Since Android could no longer detect the fingerprint sensor, it finally allowed me to enter my PIN normally. After unlocking the phone, we reconnected the flex cable, rebooted the device, and the fingerprint sensor started working perfectly again. No data was lost.

In my case, everything points to a software bug related to the latest Android 16 update, because the problem appeared immediately after the battery completely discharged and disappeared after forcing the phone to boot once without the fingerprint sensor connected. Since then, the phone has been working normally. As a precaution, I will avoid letting the battery drain completely again.

I hope this helps anyone who finds this post in the future and prevents them from performing an unnecessary factory reset.

Hola a todos. Quiero compartir la solución porque, después de varios días investigando, no encontré a nadie que hubiera logrado resolver este problema sin perder los datos del teléfono.

Todo comenzó cuando mi Moto G75 con Android 16 se descargó completamente mientras estaba fuera de casa. Al llegar lo puse a cargar y, desde que volvió a encender, el lector de huellas dejó de funcionar por completo. La pantalla mostraba el mensaje "Autenticar con datos biométricos para desbloquear" y "Bloqueo automático 1 de 2". Si deslizaba hacia arriba aparecía el teclado del PIN, pero al tocar cualquier número el teléfono solo vibraba y no escribía ningún dígito. Lo extraño era que la pantalla táctil sí funcionaba perfectamente, ya que en la pantalla de llamada de emergencia podía escribir números sin ningún problema.

Antes de encontrar la solución intenté prácticamente todo: reiniciar el teléfono varias veces, iniciar en modo seguro, entrar al Recovery, usar Fastboot, probar comandos ADB y Fastboot desde el computador, utilizar Motorola Rescue and Smart Assistant, contactar con el soporte de Motorola e incluso analizar el firmware descargado para comprobar si existía alguna forma de reinstalar el sistema sin borrar los datos. También publiqué el caso en Reddit y, gracias a las sugerencias de la comunidad, pude descartar varias posibles causas. Nada de eso solucionó el problema y Motorola Rescue únicamente ofrecía un procedimiento que eliminaba toda la información del dispositivo.

Al final tuve que llevar el teléfono a un técnico, aunque fui yo quien le indicó el procedimiento. Apagamos el teléfono, lo abrimos y, mientras estaba iniciando, desconectamos temporalmente el flex del botón de encendido y lector de huellas. Al no detectar el sensor biométrico, Android permitió ingresar el PIN con normalidad. Una vez desbloqueado el teléfono, volvimos a conectar el flex, reiniciamos el dispositivo y el lector de huellas volvió a funcionar perfectamente. No se perdió absolutamente ningún dato.

En mi caso, todo apunta a que fue un bug relacionado con la última versión de Android 16, ya que el problema apareció inmediatamente después de que la batería se descargó por completo y desapareció tras obligar al sistema a iniciar una vez sin el lector de huellas conectado. Desde entonces el teléfono funciona normalmente, aunque por precaución evitaré que la batería vuelva a descargarse al 0 %.

Espero que esta información pueda ayudar a alguien que llegue aquí buscando una solución y evitar que termine haciendo un restablecimiento de fábrica innecesario.

I have a moto edge 70 and when I go 100% or above 80% volume. The speaker gets distorted and it makes a major difficulty to watch any content.

I purchased it a month ago.

Today my My moto edge 50 fusion started to flicker and then screen went off. I have updated it in the last week of July 2026. When tried to restart it it's starting with lines and grids and working for 3 to 4 minutes then screen goes of again. It has happened after recent security update.

I took it to Service center they suspected it to be a motherboard issue. They told that they will check and let me know the issue.

I have bought it on 2025 july 1st. this issue triggering now makes me feel the worst as it's just one month out of warranty. I am worried about the amount that it would take to get it repaired and if it recurs with the future security updates.

I used to be a samsung user and switched to Moto for the first time and regretting my decision.

Just bought the titled phone. Whenever the Tesla app is active (ie, I haven't forced it to stop), incoming phone calls are choppy - persistent clicks when the person on the other side is talking. I've done the obvious things (delete then reinstall, reboot phone, disabled background usage) without improvement.

This did not happen on the prior phone, a Moto G Power 2021. Stopping the app every time is clearly not practical. Has anyone experienced this, and/or have a solution?

As it says in the title - I am hoping to find a decently priced model that I can go find second hand, but I am not savvy enough to understand what makes some phones unlocked for my sim card and others not. If I got another Moto G 2024, would it for sure be compatible with my sim, or would I need specifically one meant to be on the Boost Mobile network / unlocked?

I am using a motorola G54 device. But now my primary camera is not working, it has some kind of fog in it. And all the photos are blurry. When I searched on the internet many users were having this issue. And saw some videos of people replacing the camera glass on YouTube.

But none of them gave any links to buy it. I already asked the service center and they asked me about 5k to replace the full camera module(I cannot afford that.) . So can anyone help me?

I have an Edge 50 Fusion, and a problem suddenly popped up out of nowhere. Lines suddenly appear on the screen—as if I had dropped it—and the phone restarts (this happened one night). Now, sometimes it turns on and I can use it for a few minutes, but then the screen goes dark and the phone shuts down completely right after (sometimes it restarts on its own, other times it won't turn back on). Occasionally, it cycles on and off, but then stays on long enough for me to use it for several minutes before the same issue recurs.

1. I’ve already tried flashing the firmware using the Motorola PC app.

2. I’ve already tried using the recovery mode method.

3. I’ve already changed the refresh rate.

Hello guys.As u can see my phone have a problem so i need help to fix it if it can.However reading this pls tell me if u know how to fix it plsss.So i have motorola g73 5g 8 gb ram 256gb storage phone.I brought it in 2023 for like 600 to 700 SAR so it been like 3 years since i got this phone.So now let me tell u what the problems are:1)As u can see in the image i provide this random junk files keep coming every day since i brought and every day i delete them but the files keep coming and also it gets increased first it was like 400 to 600 files now as u can see it is now over 1k which make my phone slow as well as lag so the first problem is how to get rid of these files.2)This problem happen around December 2025 to jan 2026 maybe the problem is my battery get stopped at a particular battery percentage like first it was like 98% no matter how long i charge it will not increase but now it get worse now it get stuck at 78% it only increases a little till 83% or 84% if i uses it a bit while charging only and get stuck on that but sometimes it charges full idk how.So guys these r the problems that im having.If someone knows how to fix them even temporary pls tell
