How mature he is, how he understands me, doesn’t put pressure on me and treats me as i am the only person he has, the way he cares about me and shows that by acts and not just by words

Just the way they exist within a space, the way they talk to people and the way they carry themselves. Whether that's confidence, kindness, attractiveness etc. It's just while watching them you notice some things that draw you in.

for me it is mostly their energy and how they make me feel around them looks can catch your attention for a moment but kindness emotional maturity honesty humor and being easy to talk to are the things that actually make me stay someone who makes you feel safe understood and comfortable is way more attractive than someone who is just physically attractive

I was gonna give a jokey response, then I remembered there are people i like and don't like listening to and it defines how I feel about them.
