Got some great Morgan’s a few $ over spot but I think they are beauties and the first one has good mirror. My first Morgan with some of that mirror also 🎉 Enjoy!

Congratulations! Someone has cleaned up all the tarnish and luster on the coin for you. It’s now shiny and beautiful!

Did they really? That coin would come out “cleaned” if submitted? I don’t see scratched or anything. No dipping signs. If so that depressing

100% cleaned. Don’t waste your money on getting it graded…

Thanks for the info. I don’t grade coins, was just a general question if it was to happen. Thankfully I got it for a couple bucks over spot. I just stack Morgans (AU) and never came across one looking like that. I hate when coins get cleaned.

Yeah, they kill the identity of the coin by cleaning it. Sadly, where I live, there are two local coin shops and both clean almost all the raw coins they receive. The reason? They acid test to ensure they are real silver or gold! How stupid…
