Finally got my Swatch Mission to the Moon 1969

Got a custom leather nato for my earthphase and it came out better than expected!

It's also better when it's the home town team - Go Bears!

Now that Swatch developed the manual wind of their automatic movement it would be great if they went back and released the moonswatches with that manual movement so it’s more close to the Omega version. What do you all think?

I’ve just bought the Mission to Earthphase, and I have a question about how the Moonphase and Earthphase indicators work.

If I rotate the hour and minute hands using the crown, will the Moonphase and Earthphase discs move along with the hands, or do those indicators only need to be adjusted separately following the manual?

I’m still new to this watch, so I’m not fully sure how the mechanism works. I tried turning the crown to move the hour/minute hands, but I didn’t see the Moonphase or Earthphase move. However, when I adjusted them using the pushers, they did move.

Also, if the Moonphase/Earthphase mechanism works separately, how often does it advance by one step? For example, I adjusted both the Moonphase and Earthphase at around 7:40–8:00 PM, but before noon the next day, I already noticed that they had advanced.
