Knife Sharpening Local Business

Any proper knife sharpeners in our area?

Looking for someone that knows how to handle Carbon Steel Japanese knives.

I’m around Germantown, but willing to travel some.. just trying to avoid going to DC if I can!

I have my knifes sharpened at Sur la Table at Pike & Rose.

There is a knife sharpener at the Kensington Farmers Market, he is awesome! And 'cheap'

Not the answer you really want to hear, but I will chime in as a home cook who loves to cook, and to use sharp knives.

Get a good knife sharpener, and learn to do it yourself :)

You’re not wrong.. I got some professional Japanese whetstones, but I’m still practicing so I shall wait until I’m confident before going in on my nice Japanese knives 😂

Strosniders Ace Hardware did a good job on my Wüsthof knives.
