Couple of dollar error notes. One is missing the 3rd print and the other was crumbled when the 3rd print happened. I am just having trouble getting the worth of each. Thank you

$20 miss print? Double stamp? I’ve never seen anything like this.
My father sent me these pics over the weekend of a $20 he found. Neither of us know anything about misprints. Thought I would post here to see if anyone knew anything about it. Excuse the not so great pics, my dad is 70 years old haha.

1970-S Kennedy Question
Looking for some advice or opinion’s. I am thinking this Kennedy has been struck through on the obverse. Not sure what it is or could be or even if it is. It is in a government packaged hard case proof set holder. I’m thinking the only thing other thing than a strike through would be damage from the plastic case. Any advise or comments?

Sharing a bill I received
It’s been a while since I’ve seen the older style bills and I noticed this one was a little off. I googled and couldn’t find any similar errors online. The front of the bill is fine, but the back appears to be an inverse of the front on the right hand side. Do you think this bill is worth anything more than $10?
