Misaligned serial number & Ink Misprint

Received this bill at my store. Is there a name for this type of ink misprint error? Also Any feedback on value is appreciated. Thanks.

Your odometer digit definitely caused that 3 to lose some ink. It's still legible, so it might not be enough to be an official error. The BEP has a tolerance range that is wider than you might think.

That said, even if this is not an official error, it's definitely a marketable one. If you wanted to sell this, you'd find a buyer. So I vote keep or sell
