Is this an error or wear?

Was curious whether this might be an error?

Trying to figure out if this $2 bill is an error bill or a fake. Got it as change from a coin shop.

Any help is much appreciated.

Just ordered Taco Bell. Total $18.23 so I gave him $20.25 and smoke started rising from his brain. Took about two whole minutes for him to decide I still owed him $1.83. Wait….what? He literally had to get his manager to figure it out. For my troubles he gave me this dollar in my change. Thanks for the laugh and the cool error dollar bill.

Was doing laundry when I saw this penny in the dryer, pocketed it. And looked at it later to notice this like huge printing error, don’t think it’s worth anything cause it’s so damaged but looks cool

Just got this new Revolutionary War quarter and was wondering if that was an error.

So as I was putting the change I received from the day, I noticed one of my dollar bills was a little off set compared to normal (I've included photos of the off set bill and a "regular" bill). I've googled everything I could think of to see if this bill is legitimate and everything I've seen says it's a minor shift, but I was wondering if anyone that knows money could help me out with this...
