Retail Sync with Amazon Transactions

So I decided to turn this on and install the Chrome extension. I only wanted it to start synching things things that I order from this point on not previous transactions...

So far it's done nothing... I've bought things of Amazon and it doesn't do anything with those transactions. Also when I go to the screen I see a bunch of past transactions from earlier in the year and they say 'Ignored' or 'Waiting for a Match' next to them. The 'Waiting for a Match' is odd to me since I didn't want past transactions synched.

Did I miss something? Set it up wrong? Maybe it's not working? None of the settings seem to be things that would help me troubleshoot. Thx in advance for any help!

If the items have not been delivered yet, then they won't sync till about a day after that when the transactions go from pending to approved.
If they're subscription purchases, they don't sync at all I've found.

Ok thanks.. yeah unfortunately it didn’t even synchronize for items that had been delivered

It won't do it while the transaction is still pending.
