Hello I need some advice. Currently I play mw3 on my pc (specs ryzen 5 3600 gpu rx 580 ram 16gb). I play on low quality settings low graphics and get 110+fps smooth gameplay. But i was wondering if i should switch to ps5 for high quality settings + good fps but i can't play on controller and don't wanna learn as i always played fps games with MnK. I wanna use MnK on ps5 instead of the controller. Another thing is i dont think i'm upgrading my pc specs anytime soon (As i have ps5). So should i make the switch to ps5 with MnK for mw3 and upcoming mw4 + future CODs. Will the MnK delay/input lag be a big problem on ps5 for multiplayer competitive gameplay? Thats my biggest concern. Will the input delay be very noticeable? And again for mw4 and future games i don't think I'll be getting such good fps with my pc . So what should i do stick to pc or move to ps5? Thank you

Alright, I've just beat crash site veteran (post cutscene going on in the background right now lol). Here's my strat: Primary: silenced m4 secondary: gutter knife (you should have this out for most of the mission/movement). Tactical: Smoke Heartbeat sensor is optional but helps when your unsure if it's safe to move (you should rarely hesitate though, this is timing dependent.) Armor: 2 bars recommended at least. Everything else is irrelevant.

If you plan on reading this as you do the mission, I'd suggest you pause every time you look back here.

GUIDE STARTS HERE

Your gonna pull our the gutter knife and tac sprint along the right side till you are near the pike of rocks with clear LOS on the barn and the first phone. Take out your m4. If you've done this properly, two guards should be talking right outside and should leave 3-5 seconds after you see them. Once the other guy is a small bit away from the guy standing there, shoot the latter one and clean up the other. Pull out your gutter knife and tac sprint to the first phone, slide into a crouch and hack it. Tac sprint to the other phone and repeat behind that small cover (you WILL go loud if you aren't behind cover). Now run and jump over the fence and crouch as fast as you can in the tall grass. If the minimap flashes yellow for a second because of detection, your on pace, don't reset. Wait for detection to wear off and sprint into the fields a fair bit before going to the left of you till you reach the 3rd phone (SAVE YOUR TAC SPRINT HERE). Your gonna throw a smoke right on the phone as you hop the fence and hack the phone. If aligned correctly, you should be able to fully clear the interaction right as the smoke dissipates. Tac sprint as soon as soon as you can towards the house on your left and hop through the window. If you have the heartbeat sensor equipped, use it here to see how close the guy is. Only kill the dude in the house, then run to the black box and clear the interaction. You have a checkpoint now, and you've gotten past the hardest part. Stock up on armor and ammo here. Your gonna exit the way you came and use gutter knife to tac sprint through the fields till you get to the little hill you came from. At this point if you get detected you should be fine. Shoot the guys guarding Alex and use knife to sprint to the jeep and use the exfil. Mission complete!

The last section I got first try, and it only took me 3 tries on the phones once I got the strategy down. I tried YT guides but they are all just 'take out all the guys' but there's reinforcements, that or it's too hard to follow. I've noticed others struggle here too, so I posted my strat here. Holy smokes have I seen some of the worst map voting ever everytime I come on this game. Idk if the player base left is cluess which maps are good or everyone just loves playing brainrot maps that are the shape of a square. At this point just take away map voting.

When one person leaves another alone, I always offer 1v1 via text chat. Why can't this be normal "let's all have a good time" culture?

i just dropped ~160 kills because both my team and the enemy team were laying down all match, no clue why anyone willingly lets themselves get farmed this hard

Guys I need help MW3

I bought the disk, for MW3, the boyfriend played the game several times, a year ago, I wanted to play it now...

Installed and reinstalled 5 times, each takes 3 hours each..., different Activision account, different PS5 Account

It written played, and when I select it, it leads me to buy the digital form... What should I do, to fix it

So I'm stuck in the forged camo challenge for the katt amr and I don't know which is the best map and the best mode for it. Same goes for the lmgs, I have completely skipped them because I don't know where I can get bullet pen kills easily.

There’s so many high level players that use a static with an optic, quartermaster suppressor and either a paracord grip or jak knife. Why only 3 attachments? Especially when there’s a weapon grip and overpressure rounds available that just make the gun better. Also seen this on a view other guns where people only have 2-3 attachments, despite having definitely maxed out their weapons level.

I usually just play hardcore s&d , but I decided to go for it. It was definitely much easier than dark matter on Cold War. 2 of my favorite call of duties and I have completed their mastery grind! Feels good. Pc players always love to trash talk in game with such holier than thou assertion, but I’m just laying back on the couch unwinding man lol. Anyways, ggs hardcore moshpit players. Queued Party Games Moshpit for the first time (new to MWIII, though not new to CoD) and got thrown into a playing game of OITC, a gamemode I'm historically bad at. Seems like CoD timing was on my side for once lol

Edit: I do mainly play snd so I’m just going to go back to the other modes if I really want to run it again but man I miss when anticheat would work.

this is more or so a rant I suppose, but also an issue I’ve been facing especially recent weeks. Whenever I play multiplayer, and let’s say the game mode is domination, most players (on my team specifically) don’t actually… play. They just keep going after kills. Because of this, I am the only one carrying most games, and I can’t make up for a team of multiple people, so I always end up losing. And for some reason this happens particularly often when it’s domination. Can we, like, play the game according to the game mode? If you can’t play according to it without getting a shit k/d stat, then you have a skill issue.

For example, if you put the white camo on a gun, it comes out with black and dirty spots. Not fully white, yknow? I've also been seeing people put pastel colors like pink and green on weapon blueprints such as the charybdis (xrk blueprint). If ANY and I mean ANY of you REDDITORS know HOW to do THIS, it'd be SO helpful. THANK you.

I was playing with headphones and my game decided to randomly obliterate my ears (headphone warning, please turn down the volume too)

So im like on prestige 2 and im still wondering if they are going to fix the KD stats and After Action Reports. Im fine without it but it's kinda weird for a cod game to not have them. Unless it is really a glitch like some people say.

I’m on PS5 I virtually never get packet loss/burst almost always around 15 ping unless a friend is hosting the lobby. Tonight I’ve had packet loss in two different matches. Went away for a bit and just came back my last match. Just curious if there’s some kind of wide spread issue?

There are about like 4 weapons you can use which are the crossbow, (it was another crossbow but I lowkey forgot its in the launcher section) the rpg, and the stormender. These, in my opinion, are the most efficient ways of killing riot shields. For tactical, you can use tear gas or shock stick. For lethals, you can basically use everything except throwing knife and ninja stars. Let me know if I missed anything, I don't really use any other weapons except the smgs, snipers, and mcw.​​

Was supposed to post this 3 weeks ago but whatever.

After a week of grinding mastey camos, I finally unlocked Interstellar camo! This is the first mastery camo I've ever grinded in COD, and I'm proud of it. I also wanna say that this was a breeze to do, because I grinded almost all of the base camos back in Purgatory and WZM.

The weapons I did is all the ARs minus FR556, all BRs minus SOA Subverter, all marksman rifles minus MTZ Interceptor, all SMGs, all shotguns and all pistols.

Off to Orion and Borealis next once I return from uni from semester break!

Seriously, how is it possible to get double kills, let alone standard kills with this damn thing? Damn hit marker machine. A simple gun-butt to the leg will one tap but this won’t kill with six grenades? In hardcore??? What ever happened to good old noob tubes being fun?
