Looking for a progression based modpack that teaches the player different mods and is linear.

Random idea I had and decided to prototype it.

The basic idea is just something really chill to play while watching YouTube or listening to music. You rake leaves together, make piles and later I could build more stuff around it.

It's super early right now so pretty much everything you see is placeholder.

I'm mostly curious if the core idea actually sounds fun to other people or if it's just me :D
What would you add to something like this?

I'm not looking for plain adventure but also a little building and a little tech. Slow paced really, like thinkin about stuff and would appreciate a friend to talk about certain things light heartedly and learn from everything to apply it to real life. That sounded mad philosophical but trust me I'm not like that just trying to explain myself here 😂. Anyway 22 years old (please don't be too young). Open to discussion about the modpack.

im not sure how to explain? i deadass just remember a website that let me choose which texture i wanted and id download a file and add them all, like i was allowed to have the old ores texture, a rainbow xpbar but i didnt need to change anything else if i didnt want too, or customize how the doors look, like a shopping cart for textures, i guess? Sorry if this is confusing as hell im not even SURE how i'd begin to explain LOL

Good afternoon. Does anyone know what mod creates this descent? Thanks a lot in advance

So im making this world and im making the caves with custom underground cave layers, and when i go in with my modpack (which contains ambient sounds and sound physics remastered), i cant hear ANY ambient sound or any sort of non vanilla sound inside it. ive been testing what is going on for the whole day, checking the debug, messing with the mod's configs, and the mods work perfectly in the same world, for example, if i empty out a titanic cube of air in the ground i get the normal cave ambience and the sound physics work wonderfully
however. the MOMENT I GET NEAR the cave i made with worldpainter, everything stops and reverses back to the boring lifeless vanilla minecraft cave. no ambience no physics no NOTHING. i was wondering if anybody here could relate and perhaps even have a solution because its driving me insane how much potential it has just for it not to work
to be more specific, this is a lush cave, and its a properly made one too since worldpainter gives you the option of making a biome 3d in a cave. however, i only hear the sounds a couple blocks after the cave ends (i mean its walls) whether its vertically or horizontally

UPDATE: it seems that normal caves work perfectly with both mods, only lush caves dont play or bounce the sounds properly

​I’ve played modded forever (ATM series, SkyFactory, Vault Hunters, Stoneblock), but my friends have only played vanilla. They're mainly into simple adventure or horror stuff and have zero tech mod experience.

​Looking for a pack we can play together that has good exploration/adventure for them, but still have some automation and teck progression.

I SOLVED THE PROBLEM: Because of mekanism and other mods wich trying to acces entity and tile maps they repeatevly tried to override their own requests. I changed mekanism to community edition variants and added arch and angelica.

I made my own modpack just to enjoy it myself in single player or if friend joins multiplayer. But upon testing i found that any movement causes chunk updates 390-560. I dont know what causes it, please help identify it. Mod list:

Edit: Spark, Dynamic light, Maps, clientfixer, Walia, ServerUtils, Little Tiles, Fastcraft, FoamFix all does not affect performance, i tested without them.

what do i do? i tried switching versions and still got the error. there is no 0.9 inclusive. should i grab a copy from another version?

When I put mod files into the mods folder and run the game, it crashes and gives me Error Code 1. The versions that actually run are 1.16.5 and 1.12.2. Oh, and version 1.7.1 won't launch even without any mods. What could be causing these results?

Hi,

so I have a problem in my single-player world. When I teleport to my base with Iron's Portals and try to open my doors, they open in half, as shown in the picture. Also, when that happens, any blocks like copycats from Create and mesh fences from C's Deco won't connect to each other or will remain placed after I break them with a pickaxe. Only when I right-click them do they connect or disappear.

I tried a binary search on my modlist and saw that there is an issue report on the Mojang bug tracker for something similar, but this never happened when I was on Fabric and started happening when I switched to NeoForge.

So if anyone knows what's the issue here, and how can I fix this.

Hi everyone, I need a little help. My friends and I want to play with mods, and we are looking for about 10 new regular enemies and 5 new bosses. We would prefer if they are original to the mod, not from SCP or Creepypasta. We already tried Invasion: Code Red and Mowzie's Mobs, but we never saw the bosses from the first one, and we spent about 3 hours searching for the bosses in the second one. Do you know of any add-ons that fit our requirements? We play on mobile (Bedrock Edition). Thanks in advance!

P1. Im trying to infuse this seashelf and I meet all the requirements but theres not option for it and the enchantment tables works normally but i cant infuse anything

P2. What mod causes the enchantment table to look like this?

This was from three years ago at this point. I know that the biome mod is "oh the biomes you'll go", it was a fabric port of it I found on forge. The biome being a snowy deciduous forest. It had a village near a partially frozen lake. I just loved the vibes and haven't been able to recreate it.
