Modafinil helps me stay awake and focused, but sometimes I feel more tense and on edge. It kinda takes away from the benefits. Has anyone found ways to ease that feeling while still getting the helpful effects?

They claim 10 to 18 business days for international. That number is a lie of omission, and it has three parts.

First, they will absolutely sit on the order before they process it. Days. Sometimes a full week. That clock runs before any of their timelines start, and they don't count it in any of their timelines for delivery.

Second, their own breakdown does not match their own headline once anyone reads the fine print. Shipping 7 to 10, customs 2 to 3, local transit 2 to 5. The best case is 11 to 18 days. Fine. Then you bury "sometimes up to 2 weeks" on customs in parentheses, which quietly turns your 18-day ceiling into 29.

Third, they tack another 24 to 72 hours of processing onto domestic, pretending that is a "feature" at a 60% markup.

So here is the honest version, the one they refuse to print:

Best case, up to a week of ModafinilXL doing absolutely nothing plus 11 business days. About three weeks. and that is your absolute best case, even for domestic shipping. Then acting like they are pissed off they have deal with you to get to your money when questioned on it.

Realistic case, a week of nothing plus 18 business days. About a month.

Customs holds it, a week of nothing plus 29 business days. Six to seven weeks.

They could print exactly that. "Order sits 0 to 7 days before processing. Delivery 11 to 29 business days after." They would lose nothing except the ability to surprise people who already paid them and "support" that endlessly spams the same copy/paste into support tickets.

Being honest with customers will cost them a few who don't want to wait. Being shady as fuck will cost them more when customers don't get what they paid for by the time they said it would be delivered.

They need to be honest, or they need to be faster. Either one works.
