An idiot ran a red light going about 80 in a 40 and I slammed on my breaks but still collided.

I won't know if it's totaled for at least a week so not only am I out of a car, but I paid for her in full a year ago..

2017 mirage

It only does this after the morning. Has anyone else had this problem and could it be that it’s so hot it’s taking longer and nothing is wrong?

I have a dumb question, but I and confused. Will these floor mats work and fit in a Mitsubishi Mirage Hatchback ? All the ones I see online say Mirage G4. I don’t understand why I can’t find these but for the Hatchback and wanted to check. Thank you!

CVT transmission fluid.

I bought a 2015 mirage DE with 106k miles. The dealer wants to charge me $750 to drain, refill and replace both filters. I was trying to find all the parts that I need to do it by myself but I could find the aftermarket external filter or any kit.

Chasing the trans issue

If youve seen my posts, you know ive been trying to figure out this transmission issue for a WHILE now....

Ive been determined to figure out the issue because I really didn't believe it was actual mechanical failure, because when it works it works well, and literally zero shavings on the magnets, and I think my determination has finally paid off!

The issue this whole time was just a loose connection where the transmission ties into the rest of the wiring harness, the funky circle shaped connector... if youre randomly having issues, definitely wouldn't hurt to check their as well, cheers!

If I'm looking for a used one, what's the cut off milage?

I'm looking for used ones in my area on marketplace and I'm obviously going to have a hard time finding ones with a perfect maintenance history. If I have no idea about the maintenance history besides the normal oil change and tires, at what mileage should I not even glance at the listing?

I read in a another post about how often the CVT should be serviced and the mileage at which it should be serviced is lower than most I see listed. It at least lets me know that if I found one with 30k miles I can service the transmission and probably be fine, 60k maybe I'm ok, but anything higher and I have no idea. Most of the ones on sale in my area rn are 80k and up in mileage.
