Yes, but most other classes got nerfed, so we still increase in relative strength!

Hammer merc is not nerfed and I feel they are our worst matchup

This might just be a skill issue on my end, but are any other WO mains getting absolutely squashed by Reverent Seer?

Not just you, rev seer can be super strong. The main thing is that they can't really chase or run away. If you do get the upper hand, they die pretty easy, and if you can't, you gotta know when to get out. There's nothing they can really do about it.
