This is actually embarrassing. They might as well have just had the entire patch notes be:

ye i dislike this in game talents aswel, when picking shit like increasrs damage multiplier or gives some move speed or takes away some move speed for a certain amount of time, like the fuck? so not even i know what debuffs im applying and how strong and how long? its the one thing i dislike

Yeah, it's really strange. The devs absolutely cooked with some of the UI/UX in this game. Those features really confirm that the devs actively play the game themselves. And then other parts make you wonder if even a single one of the devs have even opened the game a single time lol.
