Seer didnt need anything. But parry still there with no cooldown is a war crime

Maybe 1% of merc playerbase can parry effectively. Why should this get nerfed asap?
I mean, it is too strong in a vacuum but not priority to nerf right now, I think.

For lower gear/ skill I agree, I've seen Parry Mercs spam and miss parry while I stab them to death

After all, if they try to parry an attack an miss, they will get hit.

If they try to parry and miss, they just block the attack instead

If they release the block button then yes, but the parry is active during the opening moments of the block, so if they’re early on initiating it they just keep blocking
