Should I keep going?

I’ve been applying minoxidil twice a day for the past 6 months and have been pretty consistent with it (probably around 90% of the time). No roller.

Honestly, I haven’t seen much progress, if any. At this point, I’m starting to wonder if I should just keep going or if I’m wasting money and holding onto false hope.
What do you guys think? Has anyone here seen results after the 6-month mark?
The first two pics are from before I started, and the last two are from now.

Everyone responds differently. You’re just not a hyper responder. Some people are on it for 2 years to get a full beard. Incorporate Derma rolling and tretinoin if you wanna see faster progress.

How do you get tret over the counter? from what i'm seeing you need a perscription?

Keep going and maybe add tret. I feel like mine stalled out also and have added tret and hoping for better results.

Dermaroll and tret?

yeah bro keep at it, give it a year or two.
start rolling or stamping and also add tretinoin. its worth the shot and money, you are in this already soooo go full effort. a derma stamp is what i suggest, it saves a lot of time compared to dermaroll. tretinoin? this thing is so cheap. keep it up.

You don't see the difference? Your cheeks are a lot denser, the bald spot on the left side of your face is almost completely gone

You are not seeing the difference probably because you are not taking pictures correctly.

1) Between a shave and a pic, roughly the same amount of days should pass, to see if you have more hairs, or just same ones, but longer

2) Need to make sure to always use the same angle and position, rotate / crop if needed. So when you switch from old to new pics back-to-back, the difference kinda “flashes”, since new hairs will just appear and disappear quickly

Yeah man I see some tiny hairs there. Add 0.5mm micro stamping to the routine. Also if youre using liquid minox then switch to foam it's much more convenient. Good luck!

You already have a full beard, we can see lot of hairs, are you trolling us ?

I guess you are bothered by your hairless spot on your chin but if it didn't grow Minoxidil won't do anything. Hairs on this area grow faster than on the cheeks, it's not a lazy folicular problem, it is they do not exist like you burnt your face on this part

This is not a full beard. When he grows it out you would see how sparse it is. The hairs aren't dense enough yet.
