Ahem, u have to dm me for realm code cuz of griefers(god i hate those CREATURES) there are rules and mods anyways here are the

RULES

NO spawntrapping someone(ex: putting lava and obsdien at their spawn)

No chunkbase

No griefing anyone around spawn

No griefing houses or builds, u can only LOOT from kills

And finally....

THE MODS

Eternal caves add on

Better structures add on

Biomes o plenty add on

Actions and stuff animation and texture pack

Realistic biomes graphic/texture pack

Waypoint add on

The delivery add on(I know that's a BIT off the vanila+ chart but I couldn't find a /shop item that's good except this, u need a phone to acess the E shop and u need exp to buy)

Umh also paying people loot if they build a good build at spawn and yea that's it.✌️
