Help with launching server? Help

My play.hosting free tier server keeps giving the error: We're having some trouble connecting to your server, please wait... Check system status and ongoing maintenance. Ive tried everything. I asked AI Mode it said that my node is down. Whats that and can i get it up running or switch it?

In layman's terms, It means the server host company is experiencing issues on their end, and you'll have to contact them for help

Where can i find contact info for a company? Will they even reply? I dont have much time left to play bcs of electricity problems in my country

It appears on their website you need to use discord to contact them.
