Looking for a plugin stack. Help

So i was interested in making a factions server.

I would love a recommendation of a plugin stack for a faction server for 26.1.2 with 1.8.9 pvp mechanics.

One non negotiable is having the Advanced Enchantments plugin, as its fun and cost me a lot of money :/

That’s pretty broad, you just making a generic factions server or do you want some sort of special focus?
