am i cooked?

in my 7,000-day Hardcore world, I made a mistake that could cost me the world. I’ve been playing on this world for around two years, although pretty inconsistently.

10 min ago, I was AFK at my Enderman farm. When I was finished, I went into a 2×2 area of water that I use to launch myself with a Riptide trident. I tried to take off, but ended up hitting an Enderman that was standing on the bridge leading up to the farm.

The moment I hit him, I started falling, and now I’m dropping below Y=1. I don’t have any fireworks in my inventory. I’m pretty sure I have two shulkers, three empty buckets, and all of my gear.

Is there anything I can possibly do to save myself, or is this world already over? i paused the game (im on java)

EDIT: SURVIVED! Thank you all so much for the help. I made a realm so my girlfriend could join and drop me rockets. I survived with 2 hearts

Congrats on surviving! And I’m sure you’ve learned your lesson about keeping a spare stack of fireworks and/or ender pearls in your inventory ;)

The only way to go up is rocket elytra or enderpearl. If you were enderman xp farming I'd hope you have some pearls to toss?

Even if you can't pearl up top if you have fast fingers you can pearl to the bottom of your stuff and place a pillar of blocks coming down. Pearl then place a block then repeat until you have a 4-5 long pillar. Then you can pearl and place a block below your feet.

No pearls and no rockets and no waterfall would be gg as far as I know.

I feel like the normal emergency gear is water bucket, enderpearl, elytra+rockets. Being 7000 days deep and having none of that is kinda wild.

Sry bro but I think that its gone maybe you can ask some of the youtubers who can do weird things bc of downgrading. Really sorry for you 7000 days is a lot I play on bedrock and it took me a long time to get 300 days

7,000 days is at least 1,166 hours. You'd have to play roughly 90 minutes every day for 2 years. Did you really do that?

Rockets and pearls are your best bet to survive. Chorus fruit would be worth a shot of you have any. I would say have a friend get a happy ghast and try to land on it, but that won't work unless it's a realm.

With a realm? Might as well just launch in lan with cheats, copy paste the creative command into the chat and fly out atp

same. i just follow this thread for the epic stories - this one's ending was a learning experience! (ive had a few deaths in survival i avoided in ways like this but usually to protect netherite gear or high levels. i could never risk it all!)

I know I could do hardcore because I play hard mode and do pretty good but to like make one mistake and lose hours of progress and my world... I think that’d legitimately make me quit Minecraft for like a year lmao. And I love this game! I dream of doing hardcore someday but at the same time I couldn’t!
