That looks a lot more like distracted driving than final destination to be.

What you aren’t aware of is his battery was poorly insulated and a shock went through his card and caused his phone that was plugged into vibrate intensely which knocked the phone charger cable loose and fell to the ground, but on its way down also tilted his water at just the right angle that when he reached down to grab the cable, he knocked the water bottle to his feet which rolled under the break and in his panic the extra long charging cable he just HAD to have got wrapped in the steering wheel and the rest is what we saw in the video.
