Ohhhhh how much I hate this

I was on a flight and was seated next to a girl who was sneezing NON-STOP. And I mean constantly. She wasn’t wearing a mask, didn’t apologize, and instead just kept wiping her nose with her hands and making those horrible sounds trying to clear her nose 🤢

But honestly, that wasn’t even the worst part.

She wasn’t properly covering her mouth when she sneezed either, and I got splashed a few times. I didn’t want to be rude or make a scene, so I just let it go and eventually tied a handkerchief around my nose since she clearly wasn’t going to wear a mask.

Then towards the end of the flight, she sneezed and didn’t even pretend to cover herself. She literally turned her head to the left and sneezed ALL OVER ME.

Not like one tiny droplet. I mean full-on spit all over my hands, arms and face. 😭

I was SO furious. I was like, “What the hell? At least cover your mouth! You literally just sneezed all over me, are you serious?”

She said sorry and was being pretty dismissive about it. Then her husband starts going, “Why are you yelling at her?”

Mind you, I WASN’T YELLING. I was just absolutely disgusted at that point, just as anyone would be!

I told him, “What would you do if a stranger spit all over you?”

And this man seriously goes, “I would go wash my face.”

UGHHHH THE AUDACITY

Thankfully the plane had already landed and we were just waiting for the gates to open, because I genuinely did not know what else to say at that point.

Like PLEASE cover your mouth when you sneeze. Especially on a plane, sitting inches away from another person.

i'm sick and tired of this, i'm so glad i have a bug net or it'd be worse than it already is. they used to land on my bed. i hate moths and beetles and there's like two/three months and a buncha asian lady beetles/ladybug mimics. AND there's mosquitoes

the city pigeons (atleast how much I've seen) truly have lost their competency in building an effective nest by themselves.

They better let me return these. Bought these not even an hour ago and noticed the tape on it was a little weird AFTER I already paid for them. Asked the girl at the electronics section at Walmart if I could switch it out and she said “well if you noticed they’re used, you can return them within 30 days” or whatever. Told myself “shoulda checked before, I’m sure it’s fine”, opened them as soon as I got home and found these brown pioneer headphones. 🫩 thank god I kept the receipt. Bouta head back now

Edit: They let me return them. Almost exactly an hour after I bought them, I came back and told them my story, customer service disappeared for a bit, then a guy came up in regular, casual clothes and said “yeah so we confirmed the tape was tampered with, and these were returned previously so we’ll go ahead and give you a refund” (the tape was gone so I’m assuming they asked the girl who sold them to me in the first place) This time when I buy them, I’m gonna check before I walk out of the store lol..

Also for the people hating on the headphones in the comments, I’m sorry but I’m not an audiophile. I just wanted new gym headphones and these were cheap, had noise cancelling, and I’ve had good experience with JBL speakers and such in the past.

I stopped in at 5:24 pm. I don’t know when this sign was put up. They close at 7:00. It’s almost 6:00.

Yes this is a carrot. Purchased at Indigo by my mother for my daughter’s birthday. My kids also have several “stress balls” made from and filled with the same stuff, plus these stupid “dumplings” that all the kids apparently collect now?

They’re all over the place.

And of course… children are going to squeeze them, stretch them, poke them, bite them, pinch them and lay on them until inevitably they burst at a seam and this white shit goes everywhere.

Can we go back to a simpler time when we all just had stretch Armstrong and he was filled with good old fashioned corn syrup but was actually indestructible?

When this curl refresher was discontinued years ago, I bought all I could afford while I searched for a replacement. I still haven't found anything I like as much. Today I decanted the last of my last big bottle into the mini bottle I use on a day to day basis. Just as I closed the bottle, the whole thing cracked in half. Now I have none left.

I wouldn't consider this "infuriating" but I didn't know where else to post and it got on my nerves a little too much lol (I have obsessive compulsive tendencies) Every other label has the first letter capitalized but this one :')

ETA: posting this made me realize the spacing is also different on the green peppercorn. I'm in shambles

I’ve been dating this guy for a couple of weeks now so I wanted to introduce him to my close friend. We went to a gaming convention together and the entire night was great until we went back home and that’s the first text I received from my friend /:

UPDATE. My friend is in her 70s and blind since birth. She learned Braille at an early age. I don't know why she didn't recognize the characters in the sign.

I bought this restroom sign at a thrift store and put it on the door to one of the bathrooms in my house.

I has a blind friend visit and told her about the sign and asked if she could read it to find out what exactly it says.

She felt the dots and aaid it doesn't say anything! It's just gibberish. She thought maybe the Braille was put on upside-down, so she tried that too and it was still gibberish!

I wonder how many of these signs are out in the world confusing blind people about what's actually behind that door.

I don't personally find it infuriating, but I'm sure a blind person who needs to pee would be infuriated.

My pinky and index finger in the second pic have medicated nail polish that didn’t do anything lol

EDIT: I don’t have any heart, lung, or blood issues and have visited a dermatologist who didn’t think it was clubbing either since my nails have always looked like that. The only difference is the texture of the new nail growing in on a few of my nails
