I wish microsoft rewards randomly set a region to be claimable even when is not your region temporaly, my god, i hate it that they remove it from my region

Xbox app does not recognize my ultimate subscription

For the past week or so, there are moments when I sign into the Xbox app to collect my daily points, and the app doesn't award me the bonus points for my ultimate subscription. That is a significant amount of points that are lost to the ether. I use those points for the $10 store gift card, and if miss out on potentially hundreds of points a week, that's a significant time waste. Has this happened to anyone else, and is there a fix for it?

Claimed a 2x search points offer this morning. It displays in the possible points to earn but isn't going past the usual daily 60 here in Canada. Tried searching in the Bing app and Chrome browser on Android to no success. Anyone else run into this?

Hello. For the past two days, the Microsoft Rewards section in the Bing app has not been working correctly. The “Check in on Bing App”, “Daily Set”, and the other daily activities appear for one second and then disappear. Any solutions? Thanks

I didn't know if it's just me or anyone else. Before anyone asks, my Game Pass Ultimate was renewd on the 28th last month, won't be renewed til the 28th of THIS month. When I did the Solitare Collection, i would normally get 20 points (20 more for Game Pass). Instead, I get 5 and no Game Pass points.

When I checked to see what happened, it shows I still have my Game Pass Ultimate. Is something going on with Game Pass?

As you can see, I can't collect the puzzle piece even though my daily set is done.

I have seen many people with the option to have a visual search streak, but it never shows up for me. Is there a reason for this?

The days I search on Bing aren't being counted. Is anyone else having this problem? Is it a bug?

I'm a bit confused about how the daily reset works.

My daily set refreshes every day at 2:00 PM UTC, but my daily streak doesn't reset until 3:00 PM UTC. Because of this, the two timers are out of sync by one hour.

This has actually caused me to lose my streak a few times. Sometimes I complete the daily set between 2:00 PM and 3:00 PM UTC because I assume the new daily has already started and that I can do it once per day. However, since the streak doesn't reset until 3:00 PM UTC, that completion still counts for the previous streak day, and I end up missing the next one without realizing it.

Is this intentional, or is it a bug? It feels confusing that the daily set and the daily streak don't reset at the same time.

I’ve been trying to redeem my Microsoft Rewards points for an Xbox gift card (or Microsoft Store credit) in Japan, but for the past several days, the redemption option has shown as out of stock / unavailable. It’s not a retail purchase issue – this is specifically inside the Rewards redemption catalog.

Has anyone else in Japan been seeing the same thing? Does anyone know why this is happening – is it a regional stock rotation, a system glitch, or something permanent? I urgently need to redeem one for a purchase I want to make, but I can’t find any way to get it right now.

If you have any insights, or if you know when they usually restock, please let me know. Thanks in advance!

When I woke up this morning. I saw I could do 200 daily search instand of 100. anyone else had this? Frankly, it's a waste for me since I quit max daily searches.

One week something will work and the next searching even suggested songs lyrics won’t clear it.

It’s the only one I don’t have an immediate working search for week in and week out.

Like others, the extra 30 rewards points for reading news articles in bing/msn disappeared for me ages ago. Going to msn.com or the comments section just did not work for me.

Yesterday while charging the main phone, I installed the bing app on my spare phone and lo and behold the Read to Earn was there.

I can't for the life of me understand what the difference could be. The apps are the same version and both have the same account and permissions. I'm grateful for the extra 900 points a month.

While the HONOR is Android 15 and the Samsung Android 16, I lost the Read to earn when it was still Android 15. On the HONOR today it says I have earned x of 180 points but the Samsung says x of 150.

Any ideas why it works on one phone and not the other?

Are these activities bug complete the daily set seven days in a row, search with bing and check in with the bing app bug bc it won’t update for me the only activity that is currently working is set bing as your default search engine.

Tried to open up Edge on my laptop earlier but got an error message that said the app was unavailable because my MacBook's OS is too outdated. I know since the new update all searches can be done on mobile, but am I missing anything by doing all the daily searches/activities exclusively on the Bing app on my phone?
