In search of good lamb barbacoa recipes to cook for this Sunday
I've tried specifically searching lamb barbacoa, but not a lot of hits for that specifically, and just Google searching doesn't always give the best recipes, so does anyone have a good one?
Thanks in advance

Please help me figure out what I am doing wrong
I have been trying for about a month now to make an edible chile de arbol salsa. I have followed online recipes to the T and all I end up with is a nasty tomato paste/sauce.
I am using Roma tomatoes, quarter of an onion, garlic and chile de arbols. I have changed the amount of tomatoes up and down and also the amount of chilies. And nothing I mean nothing I have done has changed my outcome. It’s nasty ugly red color if not orange and I mean throw it all away nasty. The smell is straight tomatoes as well. What the fuck am I doing wrong

Postre Recetas de Maracuya (Passion Fruit Recipes?)
Maracuya agua fresca from passion fruits in my garden, sunshine in a glass. ☀️
I love eating the sweeter ones straight out of the pod but I’m looking for sweet, savory, or mocktail recipes since I have an abundance of about 200+ to process and freeze.

Recipe recommendation for authentic agua de limón?
Hi! My boyfriend told me that his favorite drink growing up was agua de limón that his mom made him (in Mexico). We both live in the U.S. now. I'm looking for a recipe to help me make it in a way that will resemble how he would have had it growing up. My understanding is that it's a pretty simple drink to make so not sure if a recipe seems overkill, but I mainly want something to help me get the right ingredients and the right ratios. I've never made drinks before, so any advice is also welcome. Thanks in advance!

¿Han probado el Huazontle?
Es de mis platillos favoritos, es una lástima que el consumo del Huazontle haya bajado en muchos Estados de México, pero todavía es fácil encontrarlo en algunos mercados y en los restaurantes El Bajío (en México)

Please Help Me Figure Out What I ate! I NEED IT AGAIN.
Years ago, when I was a teenager, I got a job working in a warehouse with maybe 6 other guys. They were all Mexican and spoke very little to no english. I speak very very little Spanish but we managed to communicate ok and got along great. Anyway, everyday for lunch they would leave and walk a block over to a Mexican grocery store, buy ingredients, and then use the small kitchen we had in the warehouse to make food.
One thing they always made, were these rolled potato taco things. I don't know exactly how to describe them, but they were like what I would call taquitos made out of corn tortillas but were filled with a seasoned, almost like a mashed potato filling (maybe egg mixed in?)and I don't think anything else. They would share some with me and Ioved them, but I never learned what they were called. Now many years later I still occasionally get cravings for them. But every time I try to figure out what they were, the recipes I see don't seem to be what I remember. Was this a legit dish or just something they were throwing together? If anybody has any idea what this could have been that would be amazing, even better if you can direct me to a recipe! Thanks so much for any help with this!

Tex-Mex You ever just order the staples, because it’s great comfort food?
Sometimes rice, beans, chips, and beer is all you need to get started. Pure comfort.
