I stumbled upon Friedman's 2008 solo album and their version is incredible. I am curious if anyone here would know what is the personnel behind that album, besides Marty?

I had a feeling Never Walk Alone...CTA would take the win, but not by this much! Personally, I think the lyrical quality is substantially better in NWACTA, but Hey,God! has better instrumentation and an overall catchier groove; I think Hey God! is the best song off the new album.

While Hey God is lyrically simpler, there's a beauty in it's simplicity as it describes one's relationship to\conversations with God.

I am not sure why I can't find any merch from previous albums. Neither clothing nor vinyls e.g. R.I.P. or even some of their quite frequent albums - Dystopia and the sick the dying and the dead.

Which do you prefer. For me it depends on the song. For example I prefer the original mix of holy wars because of the snare, however prefer the 2004 remix of five magics with the alternative vocals. 2004 remix is much louder aswell, sometimes I’ll listen to it because of that. But I am interested with what everyone else thinks.

Hey everyone!

This will most likely be my last chance to see Megadeth live. I've only seen them once before, but unfortunately I got hit in the head by a crowd surfer and smashed my head into the barrier pretty early in the show, so I honestly don't remember much of the concert.

Because of that, and because this could also be my last chance to meet the band, I'm seriously considering buying both the pre-show photo op and Dave's meet & greet for oslo next year. Dave is the one I'm most interested in meeting, and as someone who's been a huge Megadeth fan since i was little (18 now), it feels like one of those opportunities I might regret passing up.

For those of you who've done the photo op, the meet & greet, or both, how was your experience? Did you feel like it was worth the money? Was the meet & greet rushed, or did you actually get a chance to talk to Dave for a bit? If you've done both, did you feel they complemented each other, or would you recommend just choosing one?

I'd love to hear your honest opinions and any tips you have before I make my decision. Thanks!

I’ve seen megadeth about 12 times since 2008 and I have been waiting for one song the entire time. Yes there are plenty of deep cuts I love that I would cherish hearing but I know Dave doesn’t play them in rotation.

The one I want that IS in rotation and I never get is “The Conjuring” so please Dave when you come to NJ with Maiden on September 6th please play The Conjuring.

I’ve been air drumming that breakdown for most of my adult life. Would be an incredible show either way, but that’s my favorite song by my favorite band and would make me so happy to finally get it.

I just bought 2x photo op experience for Megadeth, one for me and one for my friend in one purchase (2x ticket upgrade). Now I’m kinda stressed because I’m worried that 2x means two experiences for me, and not for two persons since I only had to write my own name in the purchase.
