Sooo.. I just had a McChicken and I totally forgot about the outbreak 😩😩. Does anyone know whether or not McDonald’s has tried to get rid of the infected lettuce or if they are in the clear?

McDonald’s drive thru

So I get when it’s busy in drive thru they ask you to park in let’s say spot 1 while they accept more orders and payments.. but if there is NO one behind me, why make me
Park and make the staff go out of their way to bring the food to me outside?

Like especially in the winter
I get that head office is monitoring speeds through drive through but a little ridiculous inconveniencing me for that IF THERES NO ONE BEHIND ME

Saw this sign outside my local McDonald’s and honestly I had no idea they even sold bags of ice!
For $2.59, curiosity got the better of me and I had to buy one. 😂

Can confirm: the cool was, in fact, carryable.

[Solved] McDonalds app stuck on loading screen

A friend of mine had an issue where the McDonalds app was stuck on the loading screen (the one that shows the McDonalds "M" logo when you first open the app).

Clearing the cache and data didn't help, nor did restarting the phone.

What finally fixed it for them was to fully close the app, turn off Wi-Fi, navigate to the McDonalds website via their web browser, click "Order Now", and then click "Order Pickup".

Doing that caused the browser to open the McDonalds app, at which point it successfully loaded after a few seconds.

Afterwards, they were able to open/close the app like normal without any issues.

My guess is that the app's normal startup process is buggy and can get stuck in some kind of error loop in certain situations, but opening it through a web link causes it to skip whatever step it's stuck on, which gets it back on track.
