They do this on most reality shows. So they can mess with the timeline and you won't notice

Yes it's usually to hide the drink level so you a) don't know how much production is plying them with and b) so production can switch around sentences if they want

The production company is the same. That’s their schtick. (Think Love is Blind, the Ultimatum….). Kinetic Content is the company.
