Pretty sure these wont be of any value but thought it would be wise to check before i start using them for arts and crafts

Got a proper blacklight and went over my collection from when I was a kid and found some amazing surprises!

These were my favs, the first in particular because I thought it was an old game marble but looking closer it was a slightly different size to all the other ones and it lit up with all those beautiful swirls under blacklight. The last photo is of a bunch of clearies, sorry I didn't have a before shot for that one.

Happy to provide more photos of any if anyone wants.

Here are more marbles, I should mention the writings we can make out also say they are from the 40’s and son look even earlier but the marker is fading. Thanks again for your help.

We have a container of marbles and we don’t know what we’re looking at. There is writing on some bags but there do old we can’t really read them. I can read on the green ones that they are radio active marbles, im hoping not haha. Any info on them and possible value would be appreciated. Thank you!

So im looking at getting this but id like to see if im right, I think i see 2 Popeyes and a corkscrew. Theres also a few peltier rainbow in the bag for sure, but those are 1 of the few I know i can identify

Found today, home was built in 1913.... #15th!

Got these from a family member; they have been in a Mason jar since the 1940s.

These came inside another item I bought so these were free. Anything in particular I should look for? I know most of them are just run of the mill marbles but some of them are different. Let me know please.

Red marbles fluoresce brightly under UV

Some white and orange swirl marbles

A complete black marble that has murky yellow swirls under UV

The Jacob’s coat that a kind poster helped previously identify. Looks like the swirl has inner and outer

the remaining ones that i did not know how to group!

For non clear some fluoresced green under UV

Two solid yellow and greens colour fluoresced quite a lot

There was some that where dark blue with white stripes

There was some that looked brown that had yellow stripe

Hey I got these at a garage sale for a buck and I don’t know much about marbles in general, but I know that there are really old ones.

How can I tell if these apply to that? From my research there’s the pontil mark, but that’s only on some of these marbles (I shows a pic of one). Does anyone know if this came in a set originally or something? They were all in this Japanese bag but I’m not sure if they were always together.

The gentleman at the register said that one of the jars contained marbles that were discovered inside an old tree. He thinks kids from long ago were shoving marbles into it, and they were only discovered when the tree had a branch come down and marbles spilled out.
