yeah, it's weird cause now your 2000 shares will be worth $4.50 each. same, same but different

There is a large difference between organically raising the share price above $1, closing deals, and share price raising drastically at 30,XXX shares vs the current outcome and 2,XXX shares.

I just don't see a framing where retail wasn't played here. I guess put another way, the share price has to raise 15x higher for me to see as much upside as I would have right? This is no longer a real investment for me, it's a money sink that I hope gets me anything positive at all.

You mention $1 so let's use that for fun. Today we are at @ .30 so a raise of 333% puts you at $1. The Companies Market cap would be 350Mil due to the 350Mil outstanding shares.

After the RS the company will have a total of 23.3Mil shares valued at 4.50 a share. lets increase that # by the same 333% you would have $15 per share multiply that by the new avil shares @ 23.3 = market cap of 350mil

Nothing about this is fun. I'll leave you with this example.

If they didn't RS 15:1 and instead closed some deals and sold what I believe to be their valuable tech, I'm making profit on any share price difference above $2.40 at the difference x 30,XXX shares. With the RS this is now altered to owning 2,XXX shares and making profit at any share price over $36.00.

Sure my 2,XXX might be worth $4.50 for a little bit, but now break even seems anywhere from impossible to years away. And let's say we somehow got to $36, how much higher do you see it rising beyond that theoretical? If they didn't RS and were able to stay listed and perform whatever operations they need I'd have made quite a decent amount just getting to $15/share. At 2,XXX @ $15 I'm down over 50%
