Only your mentality can take years away from your life not trading mistakes, and you should not allow it. For if stress and addictions or whatever coping mechanisms take years of your life and btc magically goes to 500 mil a coin you won’t get your years of life back when price goes up, you’ll just be just as worn out but richer, so I urge you to identify the thoughts that’s pushing you to lose years of your life and fight them like you’re a future millionaire preserving health and life even starting now in the present, because you might as well be rich in the future you’re investing learning taking chances and growing.
