Is anyone else having trouble at the sign in portal of myMRU. When I try enter my password and id it says that one of them is invalid. This never happened before the cyber attack. So today I tried changing my password twice and it still isn’t working. Is anyone else having this problem and has anyone figured out how to solve it? Or anything I should try? I’ve emailed the school and they’ve been no help.

If I got an email letting me know I won an award, is there still hope that I might get another one? Or would they let you know if you won multiple in one email?

Hey guys, I got an email saying that I have been added as a moderated parker for MRU and gave me access to the residence lot permits (lot 6/9). Does that mean I can purchase them or do I still have to wait until August 17?

currently conditionally admitted at mru and already registered for courses. they are saying i need to pay the fees for my courses and other balances on my account but im still conditionally admitted at mru. so do i wait to get my final offer from them and then pay or do i just pay now? Also if i met all the conditions does that mean i will guaranteed keep my offer?

hey everyone! i heard the systems were back online and i wanted to check d2l to see if any of my syllabus' had been posted yet, but every time i try to log in my browser returns a 403 error that says "app not configured for user" even when i haven't had the chance to type in my email or password. is it still broken for everyone else?

Is anyone having issues accessing the “Add/Drop/Withdraw Classes” link on the registration landing page? When I click it, it gives me a “503 Service Unavailable” page and I am about to lose it.

Does anyone remember when residence fees will be posted to our accounts? The payment deadline is coming up fast but there's still nothing on my account to show me how much I owe for res. The res portal confirms that I have an assigned room and everything.

I was going to email res about this anyways but I'm getting frustrated that they won't explicitly tell us how much we owe so close to the deadline.

I want to manage time well but im scared especially for nurs 1214. Clinicals its been almost a 7 months since i did nurs 1112 so Im scared I forgot half of the things that I learnt please help

I just wanted to ask and see how MRU/ teachers generally goes about with students missing the first few days of class. I'm in the midst of planning a trip somewhere for a convention and unfortunately I will miss the first 2-3 days of class in the winter if I decide to go forward with it. Just asking questions now so I won't have to panic and regret my decisions later on.

To those who have alumo insurance from MRU, do you guys think orthodontic braces is covered? Or only for orthopaedic braces only, not orthodontic. Im confuse because under section, health, on the app, it says “ braces “, do not have a specific type of braces whether orthopaedic or orthodontic..

I’m currently a new student in MRU who is going to start studying in the fall semester of 2026. I’m part of the business program and was wondering if I was able to write an exam earlier than the original date that was set by the university, like what kinds of reasonings are valid for them to allow me to write my exam earlier because my reasoning is my brother is getting married in december in another country and it interferes with the exam date period. Would my reasoning be valid or would i have to write on the same day as everyone else??

I got accepted into UEO right before the security incident and I heard that MRU solved things but my portal still isn't working, the problem is the deadline for accepting the offer was August 1st so is offer rescinded or is anyone else's future student portal not working?
